Shipping & Returns

When it comes to shipping and returns, MPOWER Apparel is committed to providing a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner and having the option to return or exchange items is important to you. That's why we have implemented the following policies to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping

At MPOWER Apparel, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and you can choose from a variety of shipping methods at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MPOWER Apparel. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at michelle@mpowerapparel.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our exchange policy criteria. If the item is approved for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
